Il servizio funziona bene, ma per utilizzarlo devo uscire da shopify ed entrare su packlink pro tramite pagina web. Da app mi appare solo una schermata inutilizzabile. Per il resto ho trovato l'assistenza ed il servizio clienti molto professionali e preparati. Sono stato anche aiutato nel risolvere problematiche inerenti le spedizioni. Quanto sopra fintantochè non ci sono problemi, poi ti abbandonano. Nello specifico ho fatto una spedizione di 3 kg (comprovata da fattura di vendita essendo la spedizione collegata al negozio). Dopo più di un mese mi arriva un addebito extra perchè il pacco a detta del corriere pesava 18,2 kg.. Ora a parte la tardiva comuncazione, Packlink chiede prova fotografica del pacco con peso del pacco con bilancia e misure col metro, come se ogni volta che uno spedisce un pacco deve schedare l'invio. Non basta la fattura fattura e il DDT? Mi domando perchè nello specifico da 3 kg a 18 c'è notevole differenza e un erogatore subacqueo non può pesare 18 kg. Quindi dimenticatevi un supporto da parte di packlink quando si tratta di prendere soldi furtivamente sono molto bravi. Show more
