Sono stata seguita dal responsabile account Davide Boscato e mi sono trovata molto bene: ha saputo risolvere tutti i quesiti che gli ho posto, configurando perfettamente Packlink sul mio sito Shopify, a più riprese. E' stato gentile, paziente, veloce, competente. Packlink è un'applicazione che mi piace molto, unica cosa è un vero peccato che Shopify ne limiti molto la funzionalità ad esempio non indicando gli spedizionieri nella pagina del checkout... Questo è molto brutto perchè Shopify vuole constringere gli utenti a passare ad un piano PRO (a pagamento)... quando invece sarebbe bene lasciare libero Packlink di funzionare a pieno regime senza limiti. A parte questo aspetto però, mi ritengo soddisfatta dell'assistenza ricevuta e ringrazio molto Davide per il prezioso supporto. Show more
Es una muy buena opción para realizar envíos asequibles, la plataforma tiene una interfaz muy completa y con bastantes opciones. Recomiendo Packlink PRO para empezar a enviar de forma sencilla y barata. El soporte técnico por parte de Kathy ha sido excelente, ha estado pendiente y se ha preocupado de que entiendas todo a la perfección. ¡Un saludo! Show more
