Pabloo Store Credit & Cashback

Glitchy, horrible customer service, wouldn't allow for a block on the customers page, would save the settings I applied to the customization area, wouldnt allow me to upload the template, and customer service is MIA. I am searching for a new app to replace this as we speak. SO FRUSTRATING

We started using Pabloo a few weeks ago and are incredibly pleased with the quality of service we have received. Easy to use product, always available customer support, and strong impact on our store's conversion rate!

We're using Pabloo to give all new customers Welcome Credit when they make their account and after they make their first purchase. I have seen a lot more new account signups and I'm working with the Pabloo business development team to consider other opportunities with the other products that they offer. I wanted to leave a review now because I deem the value gained from this app has been paramount.

This app is expensive for me. Paying money to apps is not acceptable for me. We are only using one of the tools so we do not need to pay anything right now. But if I had to use this app some more, then I might have to pay for it wich I don't want to do. We have to keep our business running with low costs.

Great support team. Good products. Great usability. There's still room for improvement on the app side of things. I spoke with the Pabloo support team about it and they were friendly and understanding. I spoke with Sandra and Emad. They are both very nice and respected my questions.
