I was in the midst of cancelling my then existing shipping insurance company, for a number of reasons, including upsetting my customers and refusing to answer my quests vis email. I was fortunate enough to find Navidium. I set up an appointment and even recorded the conversation; to insure I heard everything correctly, to either sign up or go without any type of shipping insurance options. Therese from Navidium, asked me about my current circumstances and then provide me with a full explain on all the features that Navidium app provides… In her demonstrated, she showed me a number of current merchants using the system, along with options and most importantly answered all my questions. Additionally, without me asking, she provided me with several ways to communicate with Navidium, in case the need arises.
