I would highly recommend the app. The one issue is that it overrides upsells in the cart drawer if you're using Rebuy, but I think it's worth it to have the Navidium app over the Rebuy upsell depending on what you sell. Show more

The concept of this app is great to begin with. We had an issue with this app that prevented mobile checkout. After expressing my concerns and uninstalling the application, a co-founder reached out to me explaining the customer service situation and offering to work us through the issue. We are reinstalling the app and giving it another go. When the owners of something care enough to take ownership of a problem, we are always willing to work through issues. Show more

I would have given this app 10 stars if that was possible! The creators of this app are genius. We were using a different shipping protection app but they didn't have great customer service for us on the back end, or for our customers who had issues with lost/damaged packages. Navidium puts the control of how our customers issues get handled BUT simplifies it with this perfect app. We can now help our customers have an easy time making a claim and having the funds to refund instantly or send a new package. Also they're super fast at adding the app to our theme for us whenever we've had to change our theme! Exceptional customer service and all around couldn't be happier. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Show more
