No issues so far, the app is pretty well designed and works great, documentation also it's quite good. I would just like to point out that under Default export settings in the modal the texts are not translated into English, but apart from that everything works well. Bonus points that its free :) and the support team is also quite active. Show more
Ik had een probleempje met het exporteren van de labels en dit werd gelijk opgelost door de klantenservice van Myparcel. Ik heb vaker goed contact met de klantenservice. Ik ben geholpen door Barry en ook al vaker door anderen! Ik ervaar hun hulp als erg fijn en ik vind Myparcel zelf ook super fijn werken. Zeker een aanrader! App is heel langzaam en moeilijk in het gebruik, werkt trouwens ook alleen in Chrome, niet in Firefox en Safari. Show more
Lang gewacht op de MyParcel app en super blij mee. Het scheelt een hoop tijd. Je kan nu eenvoudig met 1 druk op de knop de labels printen en als het bij PostNL is ingescand wordt de bestelling automatisch op "fullfilled" gezet. Geen extra handelingen meer nodig dus. Ook fijn dat mijn klanten nu voor een PostNL afhaallocatie kunnen kiezen. Voor deze optie wordt al veel gebruik van gemaakt. Absoluut een aanrader als je met Shopify werkt en met PostNL je pakketten wilt versturen. Show more
