De MyParcel app is een prima koppeling die alle data voor adreslabels naar je MyParcel account brengt. Bij elke bestelling of bij een verzameling bestellingen, kun je met een paar klikken de labels afdrukken. De track-trace data zijn dan meteen gekoppeld aan de bestelling, zodat je die niet nog eens hoeft te mailen aan je klant. De klant ziet op zijn/haar bestelstatus-pagina de link naar de track-trace pagina. De app werkt over het algemeen probleemloos. PostNL servicelocaties kan de klant pas kiezen nadat de bestelling geplaatst is. Is een nadeel maar dat ligt niet aan MyParcel maar aan Shopify, die hun checkout nagenoeg gesloten houden voor externe ontwikkelaars. Is ook wel zo veilig. Klantenservice van MyParcel is snel en persoonlijk. Je wordt snel geholpen, zowel via mail als de telefoon. Na zelf wat gepruts toch maar gebeld. Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame medewerker aan de lijn. Wat ik eigenlijk ook al verwachte na een zeer fijne aanmeld gesprek eerder.
