Ik gebruik deze app om de pakketproducten gemakkelijk te verzenden via PostNL. Omdat het even niet werkte, gebeld met de klantenservice en goed en persoonlijk geholpen door Yaron. Het bleek een breder probleem te zijn, maar een uur later werd ik al gebeld dat het opgelost was. Erg blij mee! Show more
Een van de slechtste Shopify apps die ik heb gedownload. En dat terwijl het cruciaal is voor de verzending van pakketten. De integratie werkt opzich prima maar de app binnen Shopify zelf ziet er niet mooi uit en je zult nog steeds veel moeten klikken om een labeltje aan te maken. Ik stap binnenkort weer over naar Sendcloud dit is een veel gebruiksvriendelijker verzendplatform. Show more
Een dag na de aanmelding gebeld door Peter om meteen alles uitgelegd te krijgen over de mogelijkheden binnen MyParcel. Ik ben er al bekend mee, maar ik kreeg toch een aantal tips over de nieuwe ontwikkelen. Ideaal! Show more

Fout melding: in Shopify verzenden brievenbuspakket naar Myparcel werkte niet goed. Dit kwam aan bij Myparcel als Normale Pakket zending. Na vele zoek actie waar de fout in kan liggen heb ik met de heer Yoran Wattimena van It support de oplossing kunnen vinden. Fout lag aan instelling in Shopify. Mijn dank aan IT support die mij goed heeft geholpen heeft met gebruikmaking van Team Viewer. Bedankt voor de goede en snelle service. Show more
