TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support. Show more

2022 Update: I just came back here quickly to say that the support team is still off charts incredible, the app gets better with every update, and I'm still Monster's #1 fan. That is all. Okay - FIRST OF ALL. The customer service provided by Ty is absolutely wild ya'll. I received a response in .000007 seconds (on Valentine's Day!) with an immediate answer to my question. The app has resulted in so many upsells for my business (The Eden Planner) that I've completely sold out of one of my product lines.
