We use Vend in store and wanted to find a product that would allow our customers to utilize loyalty both in store and online, we found that Marsello was the one! Not only because of that they also have a awesome email marketing campaign that we have massive results with, if you haven't jumped on the email marketing yet then Marsello is the one to go with, you can also send out SMS to customers. We have just started using the google review part of Marsello to allow our retail store more to receive great feedback and move up the google pages/ reviews.
