Not only is this one of the only if not the only Shopify app I could find to allow customers to make offers (which is critical in the vintage and antique space), but the app works quite well and the support really has been very good. At one point I updated my theme to a new version and this broke make an offer. I couldn't figure out what the problem was but they put a developer on it and eventually solved the problem. Not only that, but the customer service person did a great job at keeping me in the loop and letting me know the status. These guys are a small business and you can tell that they want to do a great job. I am very happy with them. Show more
