Outstanding customer support and onboarding experience. Great app which allows either premade templates or you can build your own. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a customizable chatbot app that can also defer to live support when needed.

If you like HIGHER conversion rates and LOWER customer service email inquiries, then you will LOVE Maisie. I have installed several chatbots and none of them came close to the results we have gotten with Maisie. Maisie not only provides one of the most intuitive chatbots (from backend design to user experience) but also top notch customer service. The ability to design different flows for different pages (product pages, cart pages, etc.) has increased our conversion rate tremendously. The set up of Maisie is really easy to get going. The automation is great and saves on staff time having to respond. The only downside at present is no mobile app for the live chat to be attended to remotely.
