I dock a star due to the lack of customization of post side navigation. Right now, it's just a list of category links similar to Wordpress default. On the homepage, the blog module takes more than 5 seconds to load, which is extremely slow. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they didn't even check if there were any code conflicts in the backend. Instead, they asked a bunch of questions and then said, "Oh, we will improve it," which was no help at all. Show more

This is a really useful blog app which has loads of features and benefits you'd expect to be able to build a fully functioning blog area on your website - way better than the Shopify version. We've gone from not ranking for any of our blogs, to getting organic traffic since we moved from our previous blog app. The customer service and support is exceptional, any issue we've had or suggestion made has been taken on board to make the app even better.
