LoyaltyLion: Rewards & Loyalty

This is the WORST customer service we have encountered on any Shopify app! There is a message on the top of our dashboard that we can't clear, we've spent DAYS setting up and no one answers the chat. We don't even get an email acknowledgement that they are getting the messages. There is no way to upload customer history to give existing customers points to start the program with. If there is, we can't find it and needless to say, there is NO customer service what-so-ever! But the lack of response is unacceptable! There are other loyalty programs out there, guess we have to change.

LoyaltyLion has been a fantastic solution for our needs. The platform offered everything we were looking for in a loyalty and rewards system - flexible, feature-rich, and easy to customize to fit our brand. The launch process was incredibly smooth and quick, thanks to their amazing support team who guided us every step of the way and did most of the heavy lifting. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly, making the entire setup effortless. The analytics are also very advanced, offering more costumer insight than we've previously had.

LL has been very well received by our customers, and most find it to be intuitive. It has definitely increased sales and retentio,n so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our offering. Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. Analytics are powerful and it is clear that this platform delivers a very positive ROI. I would love to see a more customizable dashboard for customers. I think there should be a landing page for sign-ups, hosted by the platform. It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I would like to see more functionality like "double points days" so we could easily create campaigns that our subscribers would enjoy. This platform delivers.

Freya was an incredible asset in setting up our Rewards program! As a project manager, I often find fault in the disorganization of the onboarding process for new applications, but Freya was patient, knowledgeable, organized and in constant communication as we worked out various kinks.
