While some features we'd like are missing (mainly POS returns and POS is muddled in some reporting), they are reactive to features we need. No app will be perfect from the get-go, especially when you add in custom setups, POS, unique product setups, etc. We've been involved in a few Beta tests with them for features we've asked for which is amazing. We're currently struggling with more returns than exchanges but it's reduced the load on our CS team which is a win in itself. Show more
