Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around! Show more
