The backend is easy to use but in your Shopify store it is confusing and difficult to distinguish returns from exchanges. It's clunky and difficult to use. It creates a second order which messes up your metrics when evaluating repeat customer rates, etc. To make matters worse, we canceled our service and deleted the app weeks back and still got charged for the following month. Customer service had been on several emails back and forth and have yet to refund our money and have provided nothing to substantiate taking our money for service that was not provided. Very poor customer experience and we recommend looking for another app. Show more

Being in retail, we all know that excellent customer service is priority. The problem, of course, is when other companies do not share this same mentality. Such is not the the case with Loop Returns!
