LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

I was looking for a replacement to the Shopify eBay app since it was being discontinued and decided to go with LitCommerce due to the good reviews. The support has been great during the entire transition process as I experienced a few issues. (Linking items, unknown eBay category, items not updating to eBay, inventory) My Shopify store has about 80 items with variations but the same items that were already on eBay did not so LitCommerce was unable to link them. Ultimately I had to delete the items from eBay and then re import them via LitCommerce to get them linked which may not be an option for stores with a large amount of items however this is not the fault of LitCommerce. They do offer an All-In-One listing package where they will do all the listing of items for you if you do have a large amount. Regardless, they stayed online for several hours across 2 days and fixed the issues on their end to ensure everything worked. Yes there are obviously some bugs but it not an easy process to integrate multiple systems as there are so many different scenarios and combinations. The fact that they are willing to fix any issues you have as soon as they can means they are committed to providing a great product and it will only get better as more users come on board and more issues are discovered and fixed. This is the 8th app ive tried for eBay Australia integration, yep you read that right, the 8th, all the others had various issues and most had terrible support. While this app is on the more expensive side. It WORKS. I wish I had just gone with this one straight up. The support team has been more than happy to answer any questions I have in a fast turner around and while I did have a couple of minor issues with the eBay set up support was fantastic and fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. I am so happy that I have now transferred my Etsy sync over to this app as well. Show more

With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you. Show more
