9th April 2024: Update to earlier review. We have been using Litcommerce for more than 6 motnhs now and they continue to impress with their customer support. Mostly, during that period, we have not needed any support but on the rare occasion it is required, LitCommerce always responds promptly and efficiently and clearly explains how to sort the issue so that I can do it myself. Nothing is too much trouble. As for teh software, it works great, stock control is accurate in a timely manner and as I said previously, listing on ebay is made very easy. I still highly recommend this app. I have been using this app for about 1 month and I have to say I am very impressed. It works seamlessly between Shopify and Ebay and makes listing on Ebay very quick. There are a couple of features missing, for instance you can't set up multi-buy discounts on ebay through the app, but that's a small thing and I just edit my listing on ebay afterwards - perhaps LitCommerce might look into adding this as a feature in the future. Similar to other customers, I have found the technical support to be second to none. I had a few issues at the beginning with not having correct SKUs and I thought I was going to have to manually add in about 1000 SKUs but LitCommerce were able to help and saved me so much time and effort. Also, with any queries I have had, they have been extremely responsive and super helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. If you are consdering using LitCommerce, do it, its a great app and the technical service is fantastic.

I tried to set up 2 other apps before finding LitCommerce, spending days wasted trying to sync our products to Amazon.
