After using LitCommerce for a few months I can report that it is a very helpful and affordable inventory/price sync tool, which also helps show orders awaiting shipment, and can even sync tracking for some platforms (though, not Amazon due to Amazon limitations). The tool has an orderly interface and is fairly easy to understand and setup even without reading documentation. Even more, their technical support team is great. They are very helpful, responsive (though you may need to wait a short time for the opening hours, which do not match up perfectly with USA Eastern, so occasionally you will get follow up email overnight). I have had a few problems where they took ownership for resolving a technical issue and they actually followed up with me on how the issue was resolved. How often does that happen these days? I would especially like to thank Rosalie, Mona, Racheal, Harvey, and the rest of the LitCommerce technical support staff members.
