I have had this app for the last 12 months and I like that they are constantly improving and adding things. Love the new Upsell Crossell section! Only complaint and reason for 4 stars and not 5 that the help section could be better. The app is relatively complex and I found it difficult to work out how to change certain things and bulk editing can be a challenge. On the plus side, support has been amazing!!! Show more
Fantastic app that has incredible flexibility, support and customization. We've had this app installed since our store launched, and setup to show across out entire store. We track the performance and sales that are generated through LimeSpot, and are able to figure out the most effective use of product recommendation listings as well as using cross selling and targeted recommendations which are a huge benefit for our products.
