Ich möchte eine positive Bewertung für diese App abgeben. Ich hatte ein Problem, bei dem beim Übertragen von vielen Belegen eine Fehlermeldung auftrat. Außerdem wurden bei fast keinen Belegen die Transaktionen übertragen und es wurden bei Lexoffice auch keine Transaktionskonten erstellt. Der Support, besonders Johannes, war super hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell. Er erkannte schnell, dass das Problem damit zusammenhing, dass ich einen neuen Lexoffice Account mit der App verbunden hatte, nachdem meine vorherige Testversion abgelaufen war. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat: Das Team hat proaktiv ihre Datenbank bereinigt, sodass automatisch neue Konten erstellt wurden. Sie boten sogar an, alle Zahlungen ab dem 01.01.2024 neu zu übertragen. Am Ende hat alles super geklappt. Die Konten sind jetzt da und alles wurde fehlerfrei übertragen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der schnellen Umsetzung und Lösung meines Problems. Wenn ihr eine zuverlässige Buchhaltungs-App mit einem tollen Support-Team sucht, kann ich die Lexoffice App nur empfehlen! Show more
