Läuft seit Monaten absolut Rock-Solid und wie es so schön heißt: Macht, was sie soll. Das ist bei einer so wichtigen App absolut kaufentscheidend. Der Support ist okay, wenn auch etwas langsam. Die Buchhaltung mit Lexoffice klappt 1A und die Orders von Shopify laufen einfach rein, man kann trotzdem ganz normal auch andere Rechnungen für Sonderaufträge oder was man sonst noch so macht anlegen und Lexoffice zählt einfach die Rechnungsnummer hoch. Keine gesonderten Nummernkreise oder ähnlicher Schabernack. Bitte bleibt so zuverlässig! Show more
Ich habe zwar nicht die App, aber habe im Vorfeld den Support kontaktiert, weil ich ein paar Fragen hatte. Innerhalb von Minuten wurden meine Fragen verständlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Super Support. Ich habe gestern eine Frage zur Synchronisation der Zahlungsdaten von Drittanbietern gestellt und heute ein eigens für mich erstelltes Hilfevideo erhalten, wo alle Schritte detailliert und verständlich dargestellt wurden.
