Ich habe diese App installiert, um mir die Buchhaltung zu erleichtern. Die direkte Anbindung an LexOffice ist eine riesige Hilfe und wird mir enorm viel Zeit und Aufwand sparen. Ich bin hier noch Neukunde und kann daher noch nicht allzu viel über sämtliche Funktionen sagen, teile hier aber sehr gerne schon einmal meine Erfahrungen mit dem Support-Team. Als Betreiber eines Shopify Shops benötigt man eine Vielzahl von Apps. Der Support dieser App, speziell möchte ich hier Alexa hervorheben, übertrifft alle anderen um Lichtjahre! Hier wird nicht stumpf auf oft unverständliche FAQs verwiesen, man muss auch nicht tagelang auf halbseidene Antworten warten und wird auch nicht immer wieder an andere Abteilungen verwiesen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hat man das Gefühl, lästig zu sein. Im Gegenteil. Persönliche, individuelle Videos wurden mir gesendet, in denen alle meine Fragen zu 100% beantwortet wurden. Besser geht es einfach nicht! Sehr übersichtliches und einfaches Interface. Schnittstelle zwischen Shopfiy und lexoffice funktioniert reibungslos (Rechnungserstellung und Gutschriften voll automatisch). Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung ans Finanzamt mit ein paar Mausklicks erledigt. Und das beste ist der Kundenservice, der einem sofort bei Fragen hilft. Einfach genial! Show more
