Leider hat sich der Kundenservice sehr verschlechtert. Wenn man mal eine Frage hat dauert es tagelang bis man eine Antwort bekommt. Das ist ziemlich blöd, da wenn man bis zum 10. eines Monats die Ust-Voranmeldung einreichen muss, die Zeit eh schon knapp ist. Früher wurden die Anfragen schnell bearbeitet. Die App an sich funktioniert meistens ganz gut. Nur sobald die Rechnungsadresse im Ausland ist muss man manuell die Rhg erstellen, was etwas nervig ist. Und ab und zu landet mal etwas im Übertragungslog, weil es irgendeinen Fehler gab oder die App die Verbindung verloren hat. Die kann man aber meisten manuell noch mal anstoßen und dann klappt es. Aber hin und wieder wird eben auch mal eine Gutschrift nicht übertragen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die manuell anzulegen in lexoffice, so dass man auf den Kundendienst angewiesen ist. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass dieser wieder per Live Chat verfügbar ist, damit man die Probleme sofort lösen kann. Das ist eigentlich mittlerweile ein Standard Service. Show more

Habe gedacht, die App gehört zu LexOffice dazu, aber neben den LexOffice Gebühre kommen nochmal 9,99€ für die App. Und 99€ um alte Rechnungen zu übertragen ist auch ordentlich. Aber die App macht was sie soll und der Service ist auch top. Hatte ein par Fragen und eine Mitarbeiterin hat ein ganzes Video für mich gemacht um es zu erklären. Top Sache. Show more
