Ask them for one simple task - Import the CSV file with our affiliates information in it and that took more than 2 months and still not resolved. Simply asked them to Mass Email our affiliates their dashboard link. Charged for 2 months of usage for more than $29 since we have more than 1000 visit a month. Adam and the team have been extremly patient and helpoful in getting the program up and running for us. We found it a bit hard to get our heads around how it works and you are charged for the traffic to the store- that is how the plans work. So far we are having people sign up daily on the site, it was easy to install and it is extremly easy for them to use.
