Updating my review after finally getting a full explanation of how the system works during a Zoom call with the team. Once everything was clearly explained, I was able to understand the structure of the platform and how the payment flow operates. With that context, the system itself makes more sense and I can see how it functions as intended. However, it took a significant amount of time and multiple attempts to get to the point where someone walked through the process in detail. Earlier responses were largely generic and did not address the specific concerns we were raising, which created unnecessary frustration and confusion. Because the issue was ultimately clarified and addressed once we were able to speak directly, I am updating my review to 4 stars. That said, I cannot give 5 stars because it required considerable effort on our end before the issue was taken seriously and properly explained.
