We had given a bad review a few months ago because there were no translations. But it was dealt with very quickly. We were also contacted about the matter. After a few weeks, the issue was already implemented. Great! Really great. That's why we've subsequently raised the rating to 4 stars. We don't give it 5 stars because it is relatively expensive. Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders. Show more

I'm using Judge.me right now and I saw Klaviyo Revies. I thought it would be great to have all in one app and installed it. Unfortunately, I cannot use it since Ukrainian language is not present. So I will either delete it for now or I will just wait till Ukrainian is added. Hope, it won't take too much time. Show more
