Unable to trial due to instal errors and faulty import. We're klaviyo customers for email/sms and interested in having email/sms with tight reviews integration. For Klaviyo prices and quality expectation this is a let down. The app doesn't appear to be ready for release at all. App won't connect to store - receive error message when attempting to make initial connection. Import of Yotpo reviews does not work. Tried multiple times on different sessions. Simply sits on Klaviyo import page. No error message or successful upload. I've tried to set this up a twice on different days. No issues trying other reviews apps during same time frame. Not a good sign from Klaviyo considering their pricing and positioning. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come. :( Show more
