AMAZING! I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. Seemingly endless options for timing & customizing popups. You can create different rules for popups for how and when to show them. Plus editing them is super easy and straight forward. Also important, they have mobile friendly display options. Oh and the Chat support is great. Miguel rocks! I'm no coding genius nor tech savy, but Miguel always takes the extra step to help me figure out the difficult stuff. Super fast responses, it's like someone is literally right there helping you. UPDATE: Just reminding everyone in 2023 we are still super happy with Justuno! Show more
Justuno is a massively overpriced with a confusing user interface. They also charge for extra traffic to your site even if you're NOT using any pop ups, and require a 30 day notice to cancel, which will leave you holding the bag for an extra payment when you try to leave. Their VP of Customer Success, Kelsey, made sure to enforce the charges and refused to help in the situation. You'd think for a company as big as Justuno, they could afford to refund a customer for a month that they didn't use their product, instead of overcharging them on their way out the door. I would highly recommend a product that is easier to use like Optimonk. Show more
