Horrible experience. This app used to work for us, now it is super glitchy. It will take you hours to build anything custom and even once you get it right it doesn't save! So you do the work 4x over and waste the better chunk of your day. On top of that, once it is live, it keeps turning itself off for no reason. Which is terrible because I sent out an email and SMS promoting our Halloween promotion. Now customers are calling us complaining that they don't see a discount. I have to check it every 30 minutes to make sure it's still live! I will give credit to their support team. They have been responsive and as helpful as they can be, just the app itself is terrible.
