We tried tons of Chatbots and Juphy is definfelty the best. Its very simple to implement and customize. Also the support team is great as they are very responsive and supportive. They also offer to train the bot based on some provided inputs, in our case they trained the bot based on our very intensive blog. That being said, training of the bot is not (yet) perfect, so it's sometimes little bit hard to get the bot answering what you want him to answer.

Good customer service, great product. I like the AI training feature where you can talk directly to it and build custom rules on how it interacts with customers.
