I have using this app not long after it was launched. I came across it online. It has been great, easier to use now and they have introduced great features to it. Any problems they solve it within the day. Their pricing is good and affordable for large volumes affiliates, they attract a new affiliates every week.
The customer service is extremely poor. We explain the problem in detail, yet it seems they’re unwilling to address the issue with their application’s coupon automation feature. Instead, they simply suggest applying a fix in Shopify, but the error persists within their app when creating automated coupons. This renders the automation feature pointless. They fail to provide a solution and refuse to take responsibility for the losses this issue causes to our store.
I ask a simple question, the person sends me his guide, I read it, I ask the questions anyway, the person sends me back his guide, telling me to read it carefully. I just ask Yes or No for my question, and Daniel, who obviously doesn't know his job, tells me after sending his guide 5 times, to ask the technical team. Bullshit, get your people back on the service team.

Great affiliate app. Does everything and does it well. Does a bunch of things I thought they wouldn't. They've thought it through very well. I'm constantly surprised by how many features it has. Their customer service is great and fast as well. I should add I've tried a few other affiliate apps and this one blows them out of the water
