This app is truly a Genie - absolutely miraculous in how simple the UI is and yet how powerful. It does so much that we need and has been crazy cumbersome and complicated with other, much more expensive and established options that have you bogged down in absurd uploads and downloads - this is just so seamless and intuitive. And their customer support is par none! NONE! They not only immediately answer questions, explain functionalities and help with issues but they are also very proactive when they see something you may not have set up or may need and they reach out to check if they can assist further. And they are constantly bringing new features - we needed exportable reports and 2 days later, they were available. Truly outstanding! Isaiah and Sebastian have both been outstanding.
