NO USEN ENVÍA.COM Hemos sufrido varios problemas a consecuencia del uso de la plataforma, todos nuestros pedidos se han visto retrasados en su recolección, en su entrega y finalmente tuvimos un problema grave con un cliente que simplemente no le ha llegado su paquete y nos dejo 1 estrella y una mala reseña por algo que es culpa los proveedores de servicio que suman a su plataforma. Lo que es peor es que no buscan resolver ni compensar a sus clientes por sus errores entonces si no quieres perder credibilidad, dinero y clientes para tu e-commerce aléjate de esta aplicación.
