Amigos en Mexico no recomiendo usar el servicio de Envia su plataforma no te respalda debido a que no te apoyan cuando hay controversias, La empresa Envia.com no me respaldo cuando estafeta me cobro un sobre peso por 50 kilos de un sobre que mande que no pesa mas de 300gramos. Me estan cobrando en total $1761MXN. No vendo nada en mi ecomerce con ese peso y la empresa envia.com se lavo las manos. En general una experiencia mala para mi negocio ecommerce, les falta mucho en cuanto apoyo a sus usuarios ya que el tema de servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear, y en el caso de envia.com no te ofrece algun tipo de bonificacion, o reembolso, o tan si quiera una disculpa por su incompetencia no hay solucion mas que pague si quiere seguir usando nuesta plataforma... les recomiendo usar enviatodo.com es mas economico y te apoyan en caso de alguna controvercia con las paqueterias.
