Quería mucho que sí funcionara pero es una pésima opción:( Por un bug del app no se entregó un paquete muy importante. El servicio de envía es pésimo y sin corazón. No saben lo desgastante que fue lidiar con ellos. No les importó que tuve que dejar a muchas novias sin velo para el día de su boda, tuve que hacer muchos reembolsos y quedar mal con clientes. Me tardé más de dos meses en resolverlo yo sola directamente con DHL. Yo amo a mis clientes. Los que me compran el producto más barato y el más caro por igual. Y cuando cometo un error, hago todo por compensarlos. A envía le da igual, es una compañía sin alma. Hay muchas otras opciones con mejores tarifas y mejor servicio.
