The Webgility support team has been extremely helpful every time I have had to reach out to them. My most recent experience was working with Nikhlesh. He was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing Shopify with Webgility and Quickbooks. Let's just say that accounting is not my forte. I am a jewelry designer with an CPA husband. He manages all of the accounting and I hand the creative side of the business. We originally reached out to webgility to streamline the inventory flow from QB to my Shopify store. They have essentially effectively built that bridge. I had a few posting issues when I processed returns, and also because I created some new sites for my inventory in QB. Nehal Singhnspent over an hour on the phone with me making sure that all of my transactions were posting correctly. He also trouble shot to confirm that what he had done was posting correctly.
