One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused. But most of the work is done by the team. The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders.
