One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused. But most of the work is done by the team. The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I use this for shipping from US to EU and have had this app for around 3 months; I can honestly say I don't know what I would've done if this app didn't exist. Show more

Sign up on the project website, give details of your business and OK the request from Shopify for EAS to configure things for you, and it's done in a day or so. They even spotted a couple of issues with our product listings concerning tax, and emailed for clarifications, then fixed it for us.
