They really helped meet my need when no other app could and were quick and friendly. I needed a coupon code for my online store with specific parameters that Shopify didn't have, and after installing and tinkling with a couple of other discount/promo apps, which also didn't offer what I needed (plus, charged $$$), I turned to Discount Mixer. They had a live chat and I reached out to them to help me create the specific coupon I wanted, and they worked on it immediately. Their turnaround time was amazing, in less than 24hrs they had already implemented the discount coupon I requested with the correct parameters.
