The support team does an extraordinary job of customizing how information syncs into QBO to allow for reporting by product, customer, location, class, currency and payment method. We have been using Greenback/Dext for several years. It has been awesome for moving transactions from our sales channels into Quickbooks. It cuts down on the amount of time we spend reconciling our accounts. We are able to custom map both sales and expense data to the correct QB accounts.
