Would Recommend: Working with Digismoothie team (Candy Rack) for about 3 months and they have been very helpful and responsive in working with us on our Upsells. We had 13k Upsells that were required to add to our site. The CSV upload option with the team really has helped us do what needed to be accomplished in a much more efficient manner; and we appreciate how much you can modify/adjust for design without doing any coding, which is an option and would let you take your customizations even further if you wished. Customer Service has been quick and responsive, uploads happen overnight for us which works out great and VERY rarely if there is an issue that has occurred during an upload, only takes them about a day to resolve. Lucia, Christian, Andres and Rein are a few individuals that we have had the pleasure of working with and all have provided excellent customer service.
