Upselling is a big part of an online business, and Candy Rack has shown to be a good tool for doing that. I would really like to make note of the customer service. We have used the app for a while now, and customer service has always provided a solution for anything asked. Even with what may seem like pesky questions they fully explained and resolved any issue we may have had... quickly and happily. If you are looking for an upsell app definitely give this one a go. [Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well. Show more
