was good now orders just stay unfulfilled, customers biting my a** for a refund, they dont respond nor reply to emails or anything, i dont even know if theyre still operating, i literally lost 70 dollars + for 2 canceled orders that i had to reund and yet those guys didnt respond nor give me back my money. The app has no way to see orders pending or shipping information. ZERO communication. I don't even know if they are still in business! Show more
I've had 3 abandoned orders this week because my shipping settings were incorrect in order for Cafe Supply to ship out. So I went to adjust my shipping settings under to the app's recommended settings (<$100, $10; $100+, 10%), but there is no way that I could easily find to adjust $100+ orders to 10%. I went ahead and constructed "tiered" shipping to accommodate, but it was an absolute hassle and now reading that other users are experiencing issues is making me wary that if ordering goes through, my customers won't receive their order. Sadly, no other coffee equipment dropshipping available via Shopify apps that I can see. Show more
