Boxify

My products are various sizes, each ship from different locations, and each location uses different carriers. Boxify has been the most helpful tool ever. It makes it easy to implement shipping charges based on how the products can pack into a box. I recently was changing us some things and got stuck. I wasn’t seeing the right carrier and after several hours of messing around, I emailed support. Dave responded to me right away at 10PM. His response was very thorough and he actually took the time to look at my store and confirm exactly what my issue was. While doing so he found a few other things that I had not enabled but should have. My issue was a simple oversight on my part but he took the time to explain it so that I understood and was able to quickly correct my error. The Boxify app is awesome and so is the support!

Do not even try with this application. We run a 7 Figure Business and have been receiving monthly charges for the past year for a service that was not even live or being used. Boxify will still charge you monthly even if you do not use the service, I have had 0 shipping calculations for the past year and yet have been charged $100+ every month for there "plan". Even if you are interested in the free trial please be aware that you will still be charged even if 0 shipping calculations are made. Dave will just say this is apart of Shopify's publisher policies as the subscription charges are more important than fixing the issue. Show more

Although I haven't used the app longer than a couple weeks, I am giving 5 stars based on support alone. The folks at Boxify have provided thorough support quickly and effectively each time I've had a question and even go as far as providing suggestions outside the scope of their own app to help me, when necessary. I feel like I'm in good hands with Boxify and that I can continue using them confidently knowing help is there when I need it! And let's be real, I'll NEED IT! Thanks guys! Show more

Boxify solves many of our issues that we weren't able to solve in any other way as simply or cost-effectively. We needed a solution that could easily handle shipping quotes to customers on Shopify for multiple box shipments and especially for single SKUs that contained multiple boxes. This alone has saved us a lot of pulled out hair (and expense for incorrect shipping quotes from Shopify and couriers). Boxify also calculates and passes recommended box sizes in the Shopify order notes, which helps us greatly speed up the packing process, and has a lot of flexibility around different shipping zones, adjusting shipping rate quotes, etc. Dave @ Boxify support is absolutely fantastic, he's helped us several times with shipping cost or process mysteries (it's never the software's fault, usually us or a courier doing something weird) by digging deep into the issue and recommending solutions. Boxify does what it says it does, and it makes it easy to do. We have over 500 products, and with their upload form it was easy to get them all set up. The support is really a cut above- I had questions during set up, and they were all addressed promptly and in detail. Whenever it looked like I had hit a snag, Support was there and had either an explanation or a workaround.
