If you still think Google Tag Manager is the ‘standard,’ you’re living in 2015. GTM is bloated, slow, and constantly breaking. Bily gives me full control over my tags and events without making me feel like I need a PhD, in debugging. Meta, TikTok, GA4—everything just WORKS. Show more

I Installed Bily based on a recommendation from Andrew Faris's podcast. The tool looks OK, even though it looks like some events have a lower match rate (and quantity) than META's native integration (counting CAPI events only). However, the worst part is their attitude. This is BY FAR the worst communication and "support" I've ever received from a software company. I had an issue with domain verification as we use Markets and multiple domains (they only have the option to verify one domain). I've sent them three messages on their "Live" chat; they saw them and never replied. Then, I sent them an email, and they asked me to share the Pixel with them, so I did. Then they promised to look at it "today" twice or thrice. They never did and just ghosted me. We have multiple stores doing seven figures; I was looking forward to this based on Andrew's podcast, but man - this was the most disappointing communication experience ever. Show more
I heard about Bily from Andrew Faris' podcast. I was previously using TrackifyX for 2-3 years but their support kept getting worse and their UX breaking. Their integration was also a bit of a pain to keep track of with lots of copying and pasting code. So now trying out Bily. So far it's a good experience - Babacar helped me make sure everything was installed correctly on my Shopify store, helped me test events in Meta and answered all my questions. No copying or pasting code. 5 stars for setup. Only improvement is that it would be great if there were some check marks to show that the connections were successful and the process is complete. Also something like a dashboard in the "Lobby" that shows the events or conversions. Will report back after some time! Show more
