Disappointing app. No customer service, and if they do come back to you its a week later which is no use when trying to use a new app. Wouldn't recommend. Show more
This is so difficult to use. There's no setup guide, everything is in German and I have to keep reminding Google Chrome to translate into English. It doesn't translate well. I thought I'd set it up correctly but it's not working for me. I can't be bothered to ask for guidance as it should not be this difficult. It doesn't explain things very easily. I'm usually very good at these things, but this has baffled me. Show more
gute App. ich erstelle darüber meine Rechnungen. Man kann vom Design her auch viel anpassen. Und könnte Paketlabels drucken, wenn der Spediteur angebunden ist (was bei mir wegen der komplizierten österreichischen DPD leider nicht geht :-( ) Der Aufwand am Anfang alles einzurichten ist nicht zu unterschätzen, aber wenn man sich mal reingefuchst hat ist es super. Ein Manko: Leider kann man für den Export in ein Drittland (Schweiz) die Rechnungen nicht anpassen, die muss ich manuell erstellen. Ich kann in der Rechnung keine Spalte haben für Zolltarifnummer, Gewicht, Zollbeschreibung etc. Wenn das noch wäre dann 5 Sterne. Der Support war immer sehr nett und hat mal sehr schnell, mal langsamer reagiert, aber immer verlässlich. Ich kann nicht drauf verzichten! Show more
