Ich kann aktuell von BillBee nur abraten. Der Server von BillBee scheint regelmäßig überlastet. Die Seite lädt und lädt einfach nicht während andere Webseiten parallel problemlos geladen werden. Es kommt immer wieder zu nicht nachvollziehbaren seltsamen Effekten im warenbestand. Ins arbeitszeugnis würde ich reinschreiben: ist stets sehr bemüht den Anforderungen gerecht zu werden... Show more
Ich nutze Billbee jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin durchwegs super zufrieden! Die Anbindung mit Shopify & Etsy funktioniert einwandfrei. Falls ich mal ein Problem habe, kann man zu jeder Tageszeit dem Live-Chat schreiben und man bekommt innerhalb von 5 Minuten Hilfe. Ich habe den Chat 3-4 Mal jetzt genutzt und mein Problem konnte jedes Mal vollständig und easy gelöst werden. Außerdem nutzte ich gerne die YouTube Tutorials von Billbee für Erklärung und nehme an den gratis Webinaren teil. Am Ende des Quartals kann man dann einfach einen DATEV-Export downloaden und dem Steuerberater schicken. Also auch da ist alles easy. Show more
Eigentlich ist Billbee ein super Tool bis auf dem Tag als wir uns für den neuen Shopify Shop mit zwei Lagern entschieden haben. Ein Lager für den Online Shop und das andere Lager für die POS Anbindung. Ein Verkauf über die POS Schnittstelle endet dann mit einer Doppelbestandskorrektur bei Shopify selbst. Wir finden die Schnittstelle mit Billbee super praktisch. Wir verkaufen auch über andere Kanäle, wie z.B. Amazon und direkt an den Handel und bei Billbee laufen all unsere Bestellungen zusammen. So haben wir das Inventar und die Umsätze alle immer auf einen Blick zusammen. Die Rechnungen werden automatisiert an alle Kunden von Billbee aus geschickt. Mega praktisch! Ich nutze Billbee weil es die Anbindung an mehrere Shops bzw. die Bestellungen zentralisiert sowie die Integration mit DHL und Deutscher Post erlaubt. Mit diesen Bausteinen, aber auch mit dem automatischen Rechnungsversand ist das Fulfillment in wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Besonders positiv finde ich die weitreichende Anpassbarkeit von Automatisierungen und das Management der Artikel. Besonders die Stücklisten-Logiken helfen enorm wenn man auf verschiedenen Kanälen mit unterschiedlichen Stückmengen etc. verkauft. Genau dieser Umfang ist aber auch gleichzeitig nicht einfach zu initialisieren. Die App ist durchaus anspruchsvoll einzurichten. Ich konnte der Doku nahezu alles zur Einrichtung entnehmen - es bleibt aber bei einem sehr umfangreichen Einrichtprozess. Sehr viele Funktionen müssen anhand von Referenzen iterativ durchgetestet werden. Bislang ist die anschließende Performance durchgehend gut. Alle Bestellungen werden sauber prozessiert und die Bestände auf den Kanälen korrekt aktualisiert. Den Preis finde ich okay - nicht zu teuer aber auch kein Schnäppchen. Ich fände das Pricing deutlich fairer, wenn auch nur in Billbee aktiv bearbeitete Bestellungen bepreist würden. Besonders wichtig in Anbetracht der Bepreisung pro Bestellung ist, dass alle historischen Bestellungen noch im Probemonat importiert werden - sonst drohen hohe Kosten ohne wirklichen Mehrwert. In jedem Fall kann ich die App Stand 2022 sehr empfehlen. Show more
