After a year as a paying B2B customer (ID 841940), I strongly warn other sellers. In May–June 2026 I was charged six duplicate payments of €89 (€534 total) with no order, invoice or service behind them. BigBuy admitted in writing these charges are "not associated with any order number" and "not recorded in our system" — yet kept the money and refused to refund. My €163.23 wallet balance withdrawal was then delayed, in their words, due to "company restructuring." They close support tickets as "resolved" without resolving anything. I am now recovering funds via bank chargeback and filing regulatory complaints. Check the company's filings and the most recent reviews before paying anything.
This is a very bad wholesale supplier. When you contact the customer service center, you always get reverted to square one. I would not recommend dealing with them. Also, many of the steps in the orientation courses are not implemented. And many other problems.
Der Connector funktioniert nicht so wie er ursprünglich sollte. Auch wird dieser nicht mehr überarbeitet.
Descripions, names, picture quality is just bad. Support is pointless and not helpful. Prices mostly same as any other electronics shop. Lot of problems. You pay monthly almost 100€ for what ? Nothing that other suppliers wount give you free. There own webpage is slow and buggy, very annoying to use. Not user friendly. Do not recomend!!!
No serious supplier. A stock level of average 16%, 84% OUT OF STOCK for months now. No communication, only vague promises that they are working on a new system. This is absolutely not a serious partner to work with on a dropping shipping basis. We had to stop all our marketing efforts because of their lack of supply. So no sales anymore from our side.
